The UW System has partnered with the UW-Superior campus to provide students with access to FREE Koru Mindfulness Workshop sessions this fall. The four offered sessions will teach individuals about mindfulness, meditation, and stress management. These sessions are offered virtually and any UW System student is eligible to register.
