FREE Koru Mindfulness Workshops

The UW System has partnered with the UW-Superior campus to provide students with access to FREE Koru Mindfulness Workshop sessions this fall. The four offered sessions will teach individuals about mindfulness, meditation, and stress management. These sessions are offered virtually and any UW System student is eligible to register.

Dates: Mondays starting October 24th through November 14th
Time: 12:00 – 1:00pm central time
Where: Virtual

UW System continues Virtual Career Treks!

UW System has worked with many businesses to develop Virtual Career Treks. Attending a Virtual Career trek is an opportunity to engage with industry professionals, expand your network, and increase your awareness of career possibilities.
