This course provides a comprehensive overview of the ethical issues in contemporary information and communication technologies. Building from a basic understanding of ethical theory, it examines an array issues, including privacy, intellectual property, information security, free speech, cyberbullying, and digital sex and violence. The ethical choices and responsibilities of users and information professionals will be considered.
