The Return to Success Scholarship is available to degree-seeking students returning to programs offered by UW Flexible Option. The amount of the scholarship, which will be split over two consecutive subscription periods, can be up to $3,000.
Submission of this application is required, and it must be received no later than the Friday before the start of the term indicated on this application for consideration. Late submissions will automatically be filed away without review. Receiving a scholarship is not guaranteed, as awards are subject to available funding. Students can only apply for and receive the Return to Success Scholarship once. Students can expect an email from UW Flexible Option two weeks before the start of their intended return subscription period with further instructions.
