UW Flexible Option offers you access to several types of academic support services to aid you in your studies. All resources are available to you once you have access to D2L. If you have additional questions on the services below, please reach out to your Academic Success Coach (ASC).
Net Tutor: Online (live) tutoring
Having trouble in your studies? Ask our live online tutors! Be ready with a few specific questions to get the most out of your tutoring sessions. Your tutor will help you discover how to learn the material and encourage you to keep trying, rather than giving you answers outright. They are here to help! You may have to wait for a tutor to become available, so give yourself enough time or the flexibility to come back to tutoring later. You will be able to access this resource within D2L when you log into your portal.
Students with disabilities who are seeking academic accommodations must initiate the process by completing an application for services and providing appropriate documentation to support the request. Accommodations are determined on an individualized basis and are not retro-active.
For helpful resources to advance in your career, check out the Career Services Center. There you will find tools to help you hone in on what careers are a good fit with your personality, research career outlook and salary information, access job search sites, and more.
For Technical Support, log in to your student portal and fill out a support request.
