If you wish to cancel your registration complete this form and press submit. Upon receipt of this form, your registration will be processed by our office within 3 business days. You will be notified of this via email when your cancellation has been processed.
You may cancel your registration up until 11:59PM on the Friday before the start of your subscription period to receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. No refund is provided for cancelled registrations received after this time frame. Note: Exceptions may be granted due to extenuating circumstances.
