The Admissions and Registrar’s Office supports enrollment services for the UW Flexible Option and Independent Learning programs and manages educational records of the former UW Colleges. The units primary responsibilities includes admissions processing, student records maintenance, and ensuring compliance of academic policies.

Registrar
As part of the Enrollment Services team, the Office of the Registrar collaborates with Universities of Wisconsin campus partners to provide registration and record support for the UW Flexible Option and Independent Learning programs. Additionally, the office manages the educational records of the former UW Colleges.

To view important dates by term — select the month and then the year from the pull-down menus.
- Terms = Subscription Periods (SP)
- SP starts on the 1st or 2nd Tuesday of each month (12 starts per year)
- Each SP is 81 class days (approximately 12 weeks)
- Grades are due the Thursday after the SP ends
- 10-day break between each SP
